Woodman has quite a fan club. The same people keep turning up in front of all his new projects

Decent looking project, added density. But man I would never want to live there. That stretch of Bronson is so busy and noisy all the time.

It's 13 units, but unless I counted wrong on the plans - there are 42 bedrooms - so definitely just student housing. No one else would want to live at that location.

Still is a nice addition that will beautify the area a bit. So much of Bronson/Little Italy/Gladstone remains run down. Its a real shame given its central location.

Imo nothing wrong with having an older, more affordable area between the heart of the city and a major university.

I'd be hesitant to call the area run down. Most universities have residential areas referred to as 'ghettos' despite being usually pretty nice and teeming with student life. This will be a good addition to that area, just a shame that Bronson is a racetrack next to a growing and expanding campus.
