1) Edinburgh.
2) They're both pretty damn close to the 49th... Winnipeg by a hair?
3) Hong Kong, I'd say, though I know the Mekong delta is really close to the Chinese border and I'm not sure if the Chinese south coast curves southward as it extends east.
4) Hard to say, they're both a certain distance from the Mediterranean... I think Cairo is further north, again by a hair.
5) Hard to say again. I'll say London... based on my recollection of the angle of the dotted line of the Ostende-Dover ferry on a map of Europe.
6) I think Warsaw. Greece is surprisingly far East - just like extreme Southern Italy is also surprisingly far East, and Vienna too as 1overcosc pointed out.
7) Dallas, with absolute certainty. I'm very familiar with Texas.
8) This one is like flipping a coin. Auckland?
9) I would want to say Dubai, as Iran is pretty far East, but I think it's a trick question as the tip of the Arabian Peninsula goes surprisingly far east too, and Iran is pretty large, so, Tehran.
10) I think I recall Woodstock is in Toronto's orbit while you've been saying that you're going to London for errands if memory serves, so, Stratford?
