Here's a list of Milwaukee's 300+ foot buildings. Bolded ones have been built in this century. In terms of the average age of the tallest buildings, Milwaukee has one of the youngest skylines in the Midwest (largely due to it being a bit of an underperformer until recently).

There are no renderings that exist yet, at least not public ones.
The second tower is just a thought cloud at the moment from a young and ambitious developer. If he can actually get the first tower funded and built, then attention can be turned to a potentially bigger tower in back of it.
