A 4-storey residential apartment building with 55 residential units is proposed on Topping Lane.

Topping Lane is a neighbourhood connector that runs north of Commissioners, east of Wonderland.

Presently, this site is occupied by two single family homes.

No idea who South London Investments Inc. are. Don't appear to have any history so likely a land speculator which means the odds of this happening are pretty low.

A low-rise infill building does make sense here so maybe it will get built someday.
