how many boxy rectangular shapes can you cram into a single building I see.. guess their software doesn't allow for anything that isn't 90 degrees

Boxiness works for adding as much density as possible and it’s simple massing stops it from sticking out. I think it works better than the ridiculous setbacks and boxes we see in Toronto; Cheese grater city.

I really wish theyd stick to one finish instead of trying to cram as many in it as possible

I'm mehish on this one - it has that distinct "affordable housing" finish we're starting to see a recurring theme of here in hamilton. Those plastic coloured panels.

But I AM a traditionalist and thus biased against any of these kinds of styles hehe..
