Looks fantastic, good job! Goes to show that Boulder would look great with more high-rise buildings; they really need to roll back those outdated height restrictions.

The 2nd one looks to me like a mini-Salt Lake City.

That's what I was think too. Replace the mountains on the top left with the Great Salt Lake and it would look like SLC.

I like it. Now Polis just needs to legislate Boulder's height limit away. If Colorado becomes blue enough, democratic politicians in Colorado could afford to loose votes in Boulder and they wouldn't have to bow down to Boulder's wants nearly as much.

I've always fantasized about how much better Boulder would be if they embraced dense urban growth. There's way to maintain the natural beauty around the city without sprawl while making the city better for everyone, not just the rich Kale eating Boulderites.

Funny, I was just going to ask AI to show me Boulder if CU was a decent football program
again and could warrant an invite to the Big 10.
