You must have become too excited and added an extra zero. Per the math this would need to be a 4,000 ft tower. With all of the proposals in Atlanta who would not be too excited.

Great looking facade. It is quite interesting how the curtainwall slowly blends into a multi-pattern facade as it rises up the tower.

As a reminder, don't forget: http://devmap.io/cities/atlanta/developments

To catch up on developments, see their location, maybe add a couple of new ones.

If you do have to scream, let me know so I stick a styrafoam cup to my ears then let you know if I can hear you.

What are your thoughts about the facade?

I will, and what I think about this building it's unusually you haven't seen anything in Atlanta's skyline like this yet until now.Like every since this building was proposed and 98 14 st (my opinion) I have been seeing different kinds of tastes coming along.

One thing else about this development it's like a signal saying Buckhead is coming with something new and something diverse. But hopefully in 2020 grow Buckhead skyline into Uptown so it can grow to connect to midtown and downtown/midtown already connected.

Shimmering Three Alliance Center Gets a Groundbreaking Date

Quote:
Renderings of the proposed Three Alliance Center in Buckhead have dazzled with their unusual design and glimmering facade, but as Atlanta has learned all too well, proposals do not equal buildings. Fortunately, New York-based developers Tishman Speyer have announced that construction on the 30-story tower will begin August 1 with a goal of completing it by September 2016. As its name implies, the $175 million office tower will be the third in the Alliance Center trio, which also includes the already-completed 20-story One Alliance and 30-story Two Alliance buildings. The new addition will be the largest office building built in the Atlanta market since 2008, with 500,000 leasable square feet. When Three Alliance is completed, nearly 10 percent of Buckhead's 17 million square feet of office space will be located in the trio of towers.

I think it has to go through the site manager to get an actual city placed. Yea its pretty neat visual map for projects. Atlanta and Houston have several listed and a couple for Miami. For Philly, maybe email them requesting it? It would be cool to get one going for Philly. Since I last checked it, I noticed they added two NC cities. Good thing they are making progress on the development interface.
