A 44 floor condominium tower designed by Studio Gang is going up one block north of Yonge and St. Clair, near the middle of the city. Though the design was value engineered, the design is still quite impressive, especially for this location. Second render is the original design.

Love this one!
I can't ever remember seeing another tower still very much under construction with its lighting already set up. I love it.
