Quote:
West Eleventh Residences would rise 44 stories at 18 N.W. 11th St., which is currently owned by Miami-based Block 17 Land Trust. PMG has partnered with Miami-based Lion Development Group, led by Michael Simkins, and Marc Roberts Cos. for the project. It would feature 659 fully furnished condos and a 30,000-square-foot entertainment venue and food hall on the ground floor.

Units in West Eleventh Residences would range from 344-square-foot studios to 1,006 square feet with one bedroom. The units would have smart home technology for lights, audio, video and other features. Prices start in the $300,000. The developer will officially launch sales Feb. 20.

Miami-based Sieger Suarez Architects designed the project. Amenities in the building would include a pool, a fitness center, a lounge and a restaurant.

Sales launching in 6 days.

They really just copy and pasted from the other two towers

659 units is great.

So in a small area, we have E11EVEN Residences Beyond with its 468 units, E11even Hotel & Residences with 416 units, and now this.

I believe the site is cleared for this one. Should make any future foundation easier/quicker.

Miami just knows how to crank a lot of luxury residences in almost the same rate as NYC. Miami is soon going to be a part of the Big 5 of America cities, along with NYC, Chicago, LA, and Houston (possibly DC, too, but DC is special because it doesn't have any skyscrapers).
