Looks like this project pulled construction permits in April per the Bizjournal. There were about 4 permits shown for a total of around $27MM.

It also looks like they will be called the Augusta Apartments.

The largest of the four CCHIP applicants, the 260-unit Augusta Apartments will be on a nearly 2.3-acre city block enclosed by Augusta and Dallas streets and Brooklyn and McCullough avenues. Being developed by Dallas-based Stillwater Capital, the mostly market-rate project has already been approved by the HDRC and is expected to be complete by July 2021.

-$846,755 in SAWS fee waivers
-15-year rebate of a portion of City property taxes paid by the developer, of which 25 percent will go directly into a new fund for future affordable housing developments

-Affordable Housing Fund contribution estimated at $51,400 the first year"
