I'm sure their councillor will faint over this. How can anything besides big box stores and gigantic parking lots be allowed in the brook

My sister in law and family live in Binbrook (just north of the fairgrounds) and I find it a stretch to think that there is that much pent up demand for housing and commercial for this to work. These property owners and their consultants have a lot of work ahead of them.

My sister in law asked me to drive their daughter (my niece) at her ballet class in the south end of Binbrook. I asked her for directions and my sister in law said 'you can't miss it, the ballet school is in the high rise building'.....a 3 storey building with one level of retail and two levels of apartments. Oh how our family laughed at this.

Hasn't the sign for this 10 storey building been up for a while. I think I was in Binbrook in October 2016 and the notification signs were up then.
