1235-1295 Fanshawe Park Road West - 148 townhouse units (Under Construction)

I like this project. Changing it from a commercial box type plaza into a mixed use development of commercial and residential.

Little confused as the one diagram shows building on what is now a Storm Water Management pond at the corner of Hyde Park and Fanshawe.

I very much doubt this pond will be removed.

The proposal looks good otherwise.

Wrong thread. Tower crane is on York Developments 16s and 17s project near Wonderland.

This thread is for the residential project proposed near Hyde Park Rd. beside the Lowes.

Site prep is now underway with heavy equipment and utility installation.

Fox Hollow Inc is the developer

Given the deep freeze now with housing construction this site may sit a while before we see any homes started.

The Northwinds

Looks like this is also a York Developments project.

On their website under their "Condos" menu, they have set up a link to another website called The Northwinds and the address on there is the same as this one.

You can see some renderings on the website

Some activity now on this condo site with the foundation footings of one block now poured for these 3s townhome condos by York.

These are north of the Timmies and east of the Rona store.
