I like this one. Will be good for the neighbourhood and will expand the skyline from the towers (and those proposed/under construction) on the Lakeshore around Park Lawn.

Love the idea of it being right on the GO-Train line. Ideal for commuters!

Agreed! I hope those facing North do not mind having a Cemetery in their back yard
