Hunting in Iroquoia conservation area
Funny I was loosely following this article and it was originally stated that the so-called camoflage individuals were conducting a survey or wild life audit (environmental assessment). When asked "there are things I know and there are things I'm not willing to talk about."
Now today it is that Six nations have a treaty right to hunt anywhere they want.
Why all the bull crap?
Next I notice that the spokesman is mentioned again as the Security lead in the Caledonia trial by the couple sueing the OPP over no protection and being harrassed/terrorised.
One article states this whole issue started to deteriorate after the involvement of a criminal element.
Is this another chapter in the long going struggle.
When will it end?
Should they be allowed to bowhunt on conservation area land, or should everyone. In these trying times should more people be allowed to hunt to feed their families. Is this sport or to sustain a family.
Why do we even have laws if some people can pick and choose which ones pertain to them. I would love that luxury.
Read the Spec article on the trial with the law suit against the OPP. Their hands are tied but why pay taxes for police if you are denied that service.
