Thanks for taking the time to photograph the city on this beautiful day!

Great pics, one hell of a great town.

The high today was 73, which broke the old record high of 72 set back in 1995 & 1990 if I'm not mistaken. It was an absolutely incredible day! I wish I'd brought my camera with me. I took the El down to DePaul and walked east on Fulerton to The Pasta Bowl for lunch, then headed further east to the lakefront. The color of the water was incredibly blue! It almost looked tropical. I walked down the lakefront from near Fulerton to LaSalle and then crossed over and headed south on Michigan Avenue to Millenium Park. From there it was back to the loop to catch the brown line up to Lincoln Square where I relaxed a bit at home before heading back out this evening to Lakeview. Lots of people were out & about this evening, all with smiles on their faces. Best day I've had in Chicago yet! Thank god I didn't have to work today!
(too bad it's gonna get colder again tomorrow)
