This is from about 15 years ago when they rezoned the PD for thrice the density. Drapper & Krammer have never made a move after its approval other than retail improvements.

Draper & Kramer is one of the partners in the Michael Reese project, and they are sinking lots of money into Prairie Shores. I'm sure they don't want to compete with themselves by doing another large project at Lake Meadows.
