Does anybody know what is happening here? The Development Application # is DE412463. The architect is Andrew Cheung Inc.

I tried the City's website and The architect's website and i can not find anything.

This info is very important to me. I need to enter into a lease and this development may stop me.

The sign says it is a 4 story development with retail on the ground floor and 29 residential units on the floors above with 2 floors of underground parking.

Sorry no insight on when it'll start though, since it's C2 and it's remaining C2 it can go ahead at almost anytime as soon as a permit is issued. But the contacts will know the intentions, the city will provide it to you.
