Very cool utilization of space beneath the skytrain viaduct.

Hopefully it will serve as inspiration for other uses across metro Vancouver as well. I really like this proposal. Glad it got approved.

Same here. Only thing that would have been better would be a connecting bridge over the Skytrain between the two buildings!

They should increase the amount of dark glass on the balconies.

Maybe they can stick a spinning chandelier under the skytrain overpass separating these two buildings, like the Vancouver House development on Granville Street, LOL. And I could probably find one under 4.8 million dollars, the price Westbank paid for theirs.

True. I keep thinking that stretch of skytrain viaduct along Beresford from Patterson to Central Boulevard by Metrotown needs to be hardscaped. Seems like it could be put to much better use then the gravel and weeds that is there now. Especially as the neighbourhood's population rapidly increases.

I second this. Would look very cool and be a unique sight in Metro Vancouver.

Just saw a city planning report (dated on April 12th) indicating the sales centre for this development will be located on the north end of 104th between KGB and Whalley Blvd. Construction to start later this year perhaps?

^Yes the sales centre should be opening soon. Marketing fencing just went up and an excavator is now on site.

With University District starting to climb now, Bosa Brightside about to break ground, and Thind to start in the next year, going to be alot of activity in this area.

Theres activity on site already. Excavator / construction trailer / new fencing. They will be starting on the rental tower first.

I don't think it's started selling/marketing yet.

Should be launching any day now. Sales centre is where the old Linea sales centre was (across KGB from Save On).

I stopped by the sales center yesterday and took some photos. The guy at the counter said construction should start in January.

Always been a fan of this one, too bad Thind isn't exactly known for their craftsmanship.

As it stands I believe it is 850/920 units sold with a completion date of mid 2027 with both towers in a single phase.
