Uplifting before and after photos

With the country still mired in recession and numerous cities on the verge of bankruptcy,
it was uplifting to see these photos of Indianapolis in the 1970s/80s compared to the same area today.

The older photographs are from the Mass Ave. Riley Area Development Corp.
The new photographs are from Google Street views.

Cool. It's really great to be reminded of just how far many cities have come since the dark days of the 1970s/80s.
