The most expensive apartment in Beijing!

$ 9000/m2
It is located in the CBD of Beijing.

From the renderings, looks like it will have a great view, and I suspect a shopping arcade at the base, but do you have any pics of the apartment interirors?

Aren't those finished yet? They looked pretty much the same when I was in Beijing last time, in February!

Not bad but I'd never pay that much or a dwelling place no matter how good it is or where it's located.

In the first pic, the buildings look like they are surrounded by highways. not very pedestrian friendly.

That's only $1,000 per sq foot. Portland has places that expensive, and I know that Vancouver has some that are over $1,500 per sq foot. That would be $12,000 per sq meter!
