NASHVILLE | Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences | 569FT & 396FT | 46 & 32 FLOORS

With new renderings and active approvals from Metro underway, it's time to create a thread.

This unique, two tower project, will have the hotel & exclusive residences in the taller tower with R-C branded apartments in the shorter tower. The site is on Korean Veterans Boulevard, directly across the street from the Music City Center and directly east of the the Circle South project that is working through approvals as well. This is proposed by M2 Development, the same company proposing Austin's Ritz-Carlton at 80 Red River Street.

No breaking ground date has been given, but given a Q1 2025 estimated completion, mid-2022 is probably a fair estimate.

Great article on the development and groundbreaking has apparently been pushed a little to the right into Q4 of this year.

Count this project as dead in its current state. Someone else may pick it back up but right now this developer cannot pull this one or the one in Austin off. He is being sued right and left and no longer even owns the property.
