Concrete pump truck and a parade of concrete trucks working today onsite. Lots of activity with whatever section of this building was getting a big pour.

Nice to see an artist rendering of this new building on Dundas. Together with the new Humane Society building the look of this stretch of Dundas will definitely change. I wonder how many of the commercial and retail buildings on this stretch of Dundas east to First street will be replaced in the coming years with new developments as the former LPH property is transformed by Old Oaks? The old auto dealership and shopping plaza are tired and redevelopment would be good news.

Almost done forming up the ground floor walls and posts. Using the stiff styrofoam sheet forming technique which creates a reinforced concrete wall with steel rebar in the core. Should also be making progress with pouring the ground floor slab sections inside the ground floor walls soon as well.

Looks like all the ground floor walls are now poured. They have started forming for the 2nd floor walls on the north end of this 5s building. Suspect they have poured the ground floor and 2nd floor slab on the north end as well.

Concrete pump truck on site pouring some more of the 2nd floor walls in the middle section. It doesn't look like they have poured the ground floor slab yet on the section fronting Dundas St but they have the 2nd floor slab above poured. Looks like they will pour the ground floor slab later.

Forming now for 3rd floor walls on the north end of this 5s LTC building. Still haven't poured the ground floor slab on the south wing closest to Dundas St for some reason.

Nearly done forming and pouring of the 3rd floor walls on this 5s LTC building. Also looks like they are now done with the below slab utility installs as they have installed the plastic ground sheet on the south end wing in preparation for the concrete slab pour.

Forming for the 5th floor walls now well underway on the north end of this 5s building. Still have some of the 5th floor slabs to install on the south end. Have already started installing some of the window units on the lower floors.

They have now landed the roof precast concrete slabs for the entire 5s building and have already started on the mechanical and elevator/stairwell penthouse builds. They also have window modules installed upto the 4th floor level.

Was dropping off some supplies there yesterday and took a pic. For perspective, along the very left edge of the photo is the wing that fronts Dundas and I'm on the north side of that wing, facing north.
