For what it is, I like it. Pretty sleek looking, and that rooftop pool deck will be a nice addition to downtown.

There's some X factor on this one I can't really pin down. On paper I would say it's pretty bland. But IRL somehow every time I see it, it looks good. Maybe something about the weird angles the street grid there gives it so you're almost always looking at it one of its corners (like the perspective in that last photo).

Too bad it's not standing on end. It would be 350 feet tall.. and bent.

For me it's the fact that it different materials and clearly defined windows/floors. The black and white with blue glass is a nice contrast, and makes it so that each element of the building is clearly defined. That also allows you to count the floors (if that's your thing).
