Even though most of the views of this building are good, I still feel like it's underrated. It's just a stunning, classy building.

Seeing those new renderings, I notice that the stepping setbacks have a nice interplay with 30 Rockefeller Plaza. I wonder if that was intentional. Also, this looks both wide and skinny from that angle at Bryant Park...
