Forecast of 8 degrees here on Thursday night, could beat a record low.

28C now in Moncton at 3 PM with a humidex of 34.

Very humid out. I can vouch for this since I just finished cutting the grass on our large double lot. I think I'm done for the day. I'm getting too old for this shite.

It's raining again. We've had above average precipitation the last four months. I keep having to cut my lawn and the local strawberries taste watery.

We got 26.1mm with the thunderstorms that rolled through earlier.

The low was 21.1 overnight. It was 25 degrees before the storm, dropping to 17.5 during the heavy rain.

Skies are clearing.

Nice evening, had a craving. Walked the few minutes to my old street for fries, dressing and gravy. $17 Insane. But it's delicious, so... Hopefully I can get home with the brown paper plate wrapped in brown paper without a crackhead stabbing me for it lol

17C and raining in Moncton at 11 AM.

It will be raining all day, with some heavy showers (which have already occurred), and occasional thundershowers.

I was on Wheeler Blvd (four lane divided throughway) this morning during one of the heaviest showers, and, it forced traffic to slow to about 70 km/hr because of ponding and poor visibility.

Yesterday I was up in Richmond hill, Aurora and Newmarket so I decided to fish for a little bit in Keswick on the shores of Cooks Bay, Lake Simcoe. I always have a rod and tackle in the trunk. Good thing I put my rain boots in there too. Casted about 30 times and hooked this little bastard on the third cast. It seems the southern part of Simcoe is more marshy and swampy. I mean, that’s where it feeds into the Holland Marsh, so makes sense.

If you’ve ever stood by a lake shore with telephone wires above then you’ve seen tangled up bobbers and tackle up there.

Also saw a house in Downtown Newmarket that is clearly unoccupied that has plants growing in the gutters. The two occupied houses beside also had that, but like half as much. Then I noticed a handful of other houses like that in the region. Does that count as a rooftop garden?
