Depending on offices and commuters has been a losing strategy for downtown Sacramento for half a century, what say we stop trying the same thing and hoping for a different result?
Well said.

BOE building 5th & N.

I spoke to roughly seven different people with the State regarding the State’s plan for the 23 story BOE building. The bottom line is that they haven’t made any concrete decisions regarding the building. They are considering a complete rehabilitation as well as complete demolition. They didn’t mention selling it or conversion to residential. So much like. 300 Capital Mall, the BOE building probably won’t change anytime soon.
