As Randall and Gillynova have said...This tower has yet to make the impression in the skyline that was foreseen. However 150' might just do the trick and add the bulk needed.

I really do like this tower. Set back from the park with plaza and trees, totally no nonsense parking screening, non boxy design with some height, office tower with balconies, nice addition to the city.

Damn, I haven't been down that bridge in a hot minute. Nice to know that it's peaking out!

VERY close to this one topping out. Not sure if there is one more level of concrete floor before they start on the crown, you can see they’ve now poured two extra-height office floors above the terrace setback. So I think this is probably at about ~600 feet now with another 100 feet to go for the crown.

A third law firm recently leased space. The three law firms combined have leased almost 200K Sq Ft which is how much Vista Equity leased.

The Roof should be poured out next week around the 11th. All other misc. concrete on the structure should be complete before Thanksgiving.
The crown work (now steel) should start by first week in December.

Looking west from East Austin. The Republic has now completely covered up the Independent in this view.
Going by what others have said, if there's another 100 feet of crown left, that would put the final height at roughly the height of that crane boom?

From top of slab at the Roof level, there is only about 80' remaining to the top of the glass screen on the crown. Roof slab is at 727'-6" and the top of the glass screen wall is around 807'.

Just to clarify the height, the elevations start at 100'.

I understand. The difference is the same no matter where the elevations start from. These are the elevations numbers shown directly off the Arch & Struct dwgs. That's all I look at.

ETA: the final slab pour out date has pushed due to high wind issues and (lack of) flying stuff with the cranes.
