I am very happy to see we enrolled so many in state students this Fall. Both AU AND UA enrolled over 3400 in state students, but it looks like UA enrolled more this Fall. Very happy about this.

I saw that too. If this holds, will be the first year in a long time that UA enrolled more in state students. Great news!

This is another great story from a BAMA grad. Brian Henderson started his company as a UA student from New York. The CEO of EcoBrew, his innovation is making an impact. Circle October 1 on your calendars at 4:00 PM CST to listen to his story. Enjoy. RTR

Which street should take on Saban's name? University Blvd? I keep thinking the university should work with the Saban family to create a multi-discipinary facility to promote excellence across a variety of fields. Saban's process could be applied to so many academic disciplines.

That's actually quite impressive, especially with how much we've already done with the Rising Tide campaign

From the old Administration building, to University Hall (that has been fully renovated), and Capital Hall (renovation and addition work is about to begin), a tremendous amount of quality square footage has been added to the campus. I remember walking through Bryce after they announced the restoration. It was surreal seeing the mix of old and new, like they were bringing history back to life. I’ve always been into architecture, but seeing it up close made me appreciate how much detail goes into preserving these kinds of buildings.

Funny enough, this whole restoration process got me thinking about how physics ties into everything. I used to struggle with physics in college, especially when it came to stuff like structural integrity. That's when I stumbled on https://essays.edubirdie.com/physics-help for physics help. Honestly, it made a huge difference in understanding concepts like how weight gets distributed in these old structures.
I didn’t know about all the historic artifacts they uncovered during the restoration. It must feel incredible to see the university preserving such a vital part of its history while also expanding. Do you think these restorations will influence how they approach other older buildings on campus?

I want the University to officially recognize and restore (at least, to be able to show for historical purpose) the old shaft coal mines close to the river that used to supply coal for power/heat to the old hospital. In the day, the idea for the hospital was for it to be completely sustainable. So much history in a concentrated area. I think the goals are to explore and preserve as much as possible.

Pretty impressive! It's no secret UA is one of the most generous Universities when it comes to scholarships.
