Nice! That only leaves the rooftop and the mechanical units on top. Probably only about ~40ish feet left.

Looks like there won't be any great skyline views from this tower, unfortunately as Waterline rises. But it's not nearly as bad as cities like New York.

North-facing units will have pretty good views methinks... at least until the Waterline second phase goes up. Like this:
