Based on a post last week Tower 3 got an occupancy permit, so must essentially be complete. This announcement was immediately followed by numerous for rent notices of Tower 3 units on Craigslist.

The notice for the occupancy permit says that T3's completion date will be "in the next few weeks".

I would imagine that it'll be some time between after Thanksgiving to November 1st for the completion date.

How much is an EV parking spot? How many parking spots are there and in what level of the parking garage? I heard there is an waiting list and when do they announce the availability?

Good future proofing. Adding EV charging after the fact is very difficult, for political and cost reasons.

Earlier post said 15K more than regular spot.

In my building we have 6-7 communal EV chargers on P1. If CondoInvestor has something similar, I'd argue there is no need to pay the 15k. We have a ton of EVs in my building (I have an EV too). Def'n above average. On the weekends it's quite busy but you quickly figure out the best time to charge your car.

I assume it is already roughed-in? I cannot recall Burnaby's rules for this.

I obviously misunderstood your question in my previous reply regarding completion date for Tower 3. If you are referring to purchase completion this will depend on floor level with higher floors having a later completion date. I am not sure how many units Onni will complete per day, but they will need to distribute the amount over a period of time in order to handle the logistics of people moving in, elevator availability, etc.

However, as I mentioned before, ads are appearing offering Tower 3 rentals for Nov. 1st or earlier (at no extra charge). So how much earlier is not being specified.
