Demolition has begun at the old six flags. Just reading about this again I just get the feeling that Troy Henry is going to pay himself a lot for the work done and this project isn't really going to amount anything ever.

Noticed some activity in this building (Jerusalem temple building) on st Charles as well as some pilings on a vacant lot in back of it. Couldn't find any info on it. I know there was a church that was being converted into an event space but not sure if this was it.

They have 2 active construction permits for "Church of the King: St. Charles Campus":
  1. The Phase III work includes renovations to the interior spaces of the existing historic structure to accommodate a modern place of worship. Included are modifications to interior partitions, vertical access, security and audio-visual-lighting systems, complete electrical distribution, complete mechanical and plumbing systems, wall, floor and ceiling finishes.
  2. New construction of a 2,844 sq. ft. utility addition to a historic structure.

I’m guessing Mr Henry I’d the most reputable business person down there huh ?
