My sources (multiple) say Elon will reside at the top of 6G, finish out being completed now.
His brother apparently is opening a restaurant on the ground level.
Separate source says he will most likely strike a deal with Meta to sublease some/all their 6G space, and that this publicity is part of negotiations. Sublease deals are typically far better deals than open market deals. Win/win for Meta/X. And X will probably pay a fraction of the current lease amount. . Meta would be wise to take whatever he offers, IMO.
