So, the November 12 Planning Commission agenda is online. There's only new item on the agenda, the planned TOD spot zoning changes. There's no direct materials for this, but if you look here, you can flip through presentation materials for Herron Ave, South Hills Junction, and Sheraden, seeing a graphic rendition of each of the areas there is planned rezoning. These aren't the most groundbreaking changes, but it will make multifamily a bit easier to build in certain corners of the city.

I'll also note that on November 14, there's a DAM meeting for downtown which will go over the proposed demolition of the Goodyear site and the renovations of Market Square. The new plan for Downtown is moving quickly, and hopefully there's public materials before the Planning Commission soon.
