Regarding the speed of this approval does that have anything to do with the legislative changes from the Ontario government? Has that change even taken effect yet actually?

Either way. For a relatively nothing burger building like this it would be ridiculous to go back and forth over years. It's no wonder we lack housing. Affordable or otherwise.

Not sure if the speed of approval is due to new legislation or if it was always like this if a project was 100% within zoning. Maybe someone else can confirm.
