Not sure if this has been mentioned recently, was browsing the building's site and it appears floor plans have Oct 15th marked as the move-in date.

Does anyone know what the status is for the sister building next door? Was a construction start contingent on leasing for this one, or different issues because iirc, it's supposed to be mixed-use..?
