Hey Marcos, wasn't sure if you saw this - but the first business for the smaller building was announced, a high-end restaurant from the former Snuff Mill chef - Robert Lhulier (he is currently running the show at The Brandywine, on PA Ave in the newish 2000 Penn. Ave apartment building.

That's good to hear, was starting to wonder if they were a bit too ambitious with new retail space in that spot. The Tower looks amazing too.

By the way did you see the long-ish vacant Ashley furniture store a bit further up 202 has morphed into a new Aldi, looks like it will be open pretty soon. That was another spot I've been wondering about. That corridor has become supermarket alley, all the big chains are there.
