Funding isn't fully in place for Phase 1. They had some piece of mezzanine loan I believe, but not full financing.

Wouldn't that negate the 12' elevation altogether from the height? I'm seeing 489' 10" from the retail entrance to the top of the mechanical penthouse. . . or is my math fucked up here???

It looks that way but not sure, if so, it unfortunately falls 1 meter short of the official skyscraper threshold.


It does say 501' building height (which would exclude elevation I think) so maybe not tough. It's a bit confusing.
