Yeah, it's definitely among my favs in the city. We have seen a lot of change on this skyline in the past decade, and that's saying something.

JP Morgan is buying 250 Park, the development site across the street from their new HQ.

I'm betting they eventually build a second HQ tower on that plot. No doubt smaller, bc it's a much smaller footprint. But it should still be a major tower.

I like 250 Park. There’s A LOT of crap that should be redeveloped before that on Park, Madison, and Lex.
