Here's a post that should please everybody.

https://www.instagram.com/p/C9QGftDMj-y/

Video shows the progress from a plumbing perspective + views an eagle eyes view of the top floor units / the clubhouse.

Also mentions the below (as of yesterday):

"We are excited to announce that Gilmore Place has reached a major milestone: Tower 1, the parkade, and the podium have all received occupancy! This accomplishment is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our incredible team."

Also, seeing on craigslist search of "gilmore place", a lot of people are posting with move-in dates varying from July 19 - August 1st

Today is July 15th which is supposed to be the keys issuing date for Tower 1. I see that Onni has changed their FB ad from 2024 Move In to Move in Today. It will be interesting to see when the first moving vans show up.

Congratulation GM place, and Onni team for accomplishing a difficult project!
A master community which includes transit, AC, grocery on site, many indoor and outdoor amenities, renters will love this place. Definitely worth the wait, btw, how long has it been?

Is the high strata fee ($0.80/sf) worthwhile?

Wow those are small bedrooms. Everything else looks pretty good though. Curious what they are asking for rent on that unit. Over $4k I bet.

The sign part alone is 4 storeys tall!
Hopefully it can create patterns, and not just a single blob of white or colour.

I'm guessing it's just flood lights behind that screen so expect a white blob.

Zepf's photo of the other tower seems to suggest it's some kind of frosted glass.
