Looking just like the updated rendering's back when Oppenheimer first announced this beaufull all glass apartment building , sad that they reduced it down 2 floors lower but it's ok because it makes a huge improvement on the west side of downtown and spreads it out with density and vibrancy , and with this brings more development , many more surface parking lot's just waiting for another huge hopefully 40 plus story project coming soon , especially with all the High paying job's coming out of Micron , reach higher Boise , love this buiding

The second level of the Arthur Apartments lights up the parking garage, and emits light to the outside though the fabric. Once all seven levels are finished, and the street lights are put in the area along Idaho Street it will be a blazed with lighting. OxBlue cam.

The Idaho Wheat Commission just received an updated proposal for their new building. I personally think it's a nice building and seems appropriate in terms of its size and architectural style regarding its location downtown. Hope to see it come to fruition.

On a side note, I am enjoying the trend of new construction in Boise taking on more classical notes of architecture. If this overall redesign is built, the Wheat Commission would join Hotel Renegade, Fire Station 5 (still under construction), and the Lively (Near 5th and Bannock), all new buildings built to mimic the looks of older buildings.
