Bisbee, AZ is a pretty cool little town, but I'm fairly confident that it is not one of the 50 'Best Places to Live' in the US by any objective measure. Bisbee apparently snuck into their 'Hidden Gem' category, under a methodology that basically comes down to "whatever we felt like including:"
