Unless they are dreaming about two full towers of Amazon workers I have a hard time thinking how long their concourse retail is going to last. Everything feels so disjointed from the street even with all the exterior signage. Loblaws will probably do okay since there aren't that many large format grocery stores in that end of downtown. And good luck trying to fill the food hall space.

The problem with exterior perimeter retail at The Post is that none of those streets are retail streets.
Opposite The Post on each side are institutional or office open plaza spaces.
No one will be strolling down any of those streets the way they would the cafe shops on Robson opposite Library Square.
So each of those cafes (and yes, that's all they seem to have as smaller tenants) will have to heavily rely on Amazon workers and promotions to draw customers in.
If they had created a proper multi-level atrium mall, the complex itself could have been a drawing card to attract shoppers.
But we still haven't seen what the Food Court looks like (but I'm not sure where the access is?)
