Here's another one for Port Huron, and it's a big one. If built, the proposed $14.4 million Wrigley Center mixed-use development could include space for a farmer's market, an arcade, indoor rock climbing, restaurants, retail, and 36 loft apartments. The property, located on
this downtown block, was formerly a Wrigley's grocery store, followed by a showroom for Art Van. It has sat vacant for the past decade. Financing closed on December 23 and interior demolition started 3 days later, so at least for now, it seems like it's happening -
