Interestingly, Stantec, a pretty substantial A&E firm, has an office in there. Apparently, it's pretty modernized on the inside, and it's still the largest commercial office building in Tucson. Completed in 1975 it is 261,000 SF & 16 stories. The annual "Climb for the Fallen" charity event sounds fun.
