Yeah I spotted that too. No clue what that's about, though it seems to imply they would vacate a portion of E Water St., which I guess I could understand, from a traffic-flow perspective. I'd love to see a developer repurpose
this adjacent storage building too. Not even sure if this is 100% vacant or not, but it feels ripe for redevelopment.
