Is St Vincent's actually for sale? The years of plans for affordable housing, to which it was ill-suited (10' hallways and large rooms), have left it in quite a state IIRC.
IIRC St Pat's was closed for 'structural issues,' what happened to those? Or was that just part of the 2010s school consolidation thing?
