Only was able to see it from far away but looked like it was being built across the street from the Arts and Sciences Academy on Niagara street. It must be the new high school, right? Last covered in
this post. The new academic wing was supposedly going to be 5 stories tall, and link up with the parts of the old Science and Arts Academy that were going to be retained.
