Yeah I mean they DID change their second render a bit - but details rarely ever become MORE detailed than the render.. usually less.
If it was up to me I'd have every building have its own sorta architectural "schtick" - something people focused on - an elaborate cornice- a nice embossed feature, or engraving somewhere, just something to make a statement to last the ages. I am not advocating to put the name of the business etched into the building like the old days, that does date it pretty quickly, but just.. something cool.
And yeah I mean this build is still better than most- at least it has stepped in brickwork - I am just so starved for classical architecture and core urban is the only one that does it new that I guess I was just a bit disappointed is all.
