^ Nice to read that the proposed Marriott might actually move forward. I like the design a lot more than the adjacent Hotel Indigo that was built in 2017 by the same developer.
The Freshwater Research & Innovation Center sounds like an interesting project & partnership. It would be built
here. I tried searching for renderings. But all I could find are these early concepts. The building is captioned as "a concept example of what the Freshwater Research & Innovation Center might look like" - so don't take too much stock in it -
