Pavilion Township -
Pavilion Township is a very rural township, located just east of the City of Portage (just ~ 6,400 residents in total). So this 344-unit, 11-building, $65 million housing development is pretty big news for them. Called Abbey42, the new apartment complex would be built on an 195-acre, defunct farm property located at
5283 East O Ave. (east of Sprinkle Road). The finished development is expected to house up to 1,232 individuals (that equates to roughly 19% of the entire current population of the township) -
